The Free Before 40 Women’s Conference returns for another transformational year, calling every woman to reclaim her time, protect her peace, and lean into the joy that comes from living fully unshackled and unshaken.
This year’s experience will feature dynamic speakers diving deep into authenticity, freedom, self-care, and grief. You’ll also enjoy movement and wellness activities, chair massage experiences, and a gourmet popcorn treat to keep your body and soul feeling nourished.
Whether you're there to connect, reflect, or be poured into, this space has been intentionally crafted with you in mind. A delicious lunch will be provided, and the room will be full of vibrant energy, meaningful conversations, and affirming sisterhood.

The Dreamer’s Den is a curated space within the conference that celebrates local small businesses, creators, and visionaries. This is not a vending space but a place to share your business story, build connections, and increase brand awareness.
Participants in the Dreamer’s Den will receive:

Vendor
Opportunities
Our vendor marketplace is the perfect opportunity to showcase and sell your unique products to a vibrant community of empowered women. From handmade goods to curated collections, our audience is ready to support, shop, and spread the word.
Vendor spaces are limited and include:
A designated vendor table
Lunch for one representative
Exposure to a high-energy, engaged audience
Social media promotion in the weeks leading up to the event
Set up begins at 8:30 AM. You must be ready by 9:15 AM. You’ll be part of the main event experience, so bring your best, boldest, and most beautiful offerings!
Dr. Christi-Culpepper Walker
Dr. Culpepper-Walker, or Dr. CC, as she's affectionately called, is a licensed clinical psychologist and speaker who has a heart for children, adolescents, and families. In the therapy room, she utilizes evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as family systems approaches to address internalizing disorders (such as anxiety and depression), externalizing disorders (such as ADHD), and family concerns (such as divorce and parent-child conflict).
In addition to clinical services, Dr. CC provides presentations, workshops, trainings, and speaking experiences on various topics to others in the community. Using her background, 17 years of experience in the mental health field, storytelling and originality, Dr. CC informs, inspires, and motivates others to be their best selves. She recognizes the importance of sharing concepts in fun, engaging, and authentic ways and she is passionate about creating space for self-reflection, vulnerability, acceptance, and change. Some of Dr. CC’s topics include self-care for mental health providers, the impact of mental health on overall functioning, provider burnout, and the importance of being your authentic self.
Dr. CC is an ambassador for Christ, Mental Health Professional, Speaker, sister, aunt, friend, and wife.

1. Do you have to be under 40 years of age to attend the conference?
No, the conference is open to women of all ages!
2. Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, there will be complimentary valet parking at the venue.
3. If I can not attend after purchasing my ticket, can I transfer my ticket to another woman?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket up to 3 days before the conference.
4. When will virtual attendees gain access?
Women attending the conference virtually will be emailed the information needed to access the identified portion of the conference the day before the conference begins.
