Women's Conference 2026
The Free Before 40 Women’s Conference returns for its fifth year, inviting women into a transformational experience centered around freedom, healing, growth, and genuine connection. This year’s Celebration of Freedom is all about letting go of what’s been weighing you down and making space for the woman you’re becoming.
This year’s experience will feature dynamic speakers and conversations centered around authenticity, freedom, self-care, emotional wellness, and personal growth. Attendees will also enjoy movement and wellness activities, chair massage experiences, and thoughtful touches throughout the day designed to nourish both the body and soul.
Whether you come to reflect, reset, connect, or simply take a breath, this space has been intentionally created with you in mind. A delicious lunch will be provided, and the room will be filled with warmth, encouragement, meaningful conversations, and affirming sisterhood.

The Dreamers Den Marketplace is a curated vendor experience designed to spotlight small businesses, creators, and visionaries making an impact in their communities. More than just a vendor area, this space creates opportunities for connection, visibility, collaboration, and meaningful engagement throughout the conference experience.
From handmade products and wellness brands to apparel, services, and community resources, attendees will have the opportunity to discover, support, and shop with businesses aligned with growth, empowerment, wellness, and purpose.
Participants in the Dreamer’s Den will receive:
A designated vendor table during the conference experience

Dr. Christi-Culpepper Walker
Dr. Christi Culpepper-Walker, affectionately known as Dr. CC, is a licensed clinical psychologist, speaker, and the visionary behind the Free Before 40 Women’s Conference. With over 17 years of experience in the mental health field, Dr. CC has dedicated her life to helping people heal, grow, and become more secure in who they are.
Known for her warmth, authenticity, wisdom, and ability to connect deeply with others, Dr. CC creates spaces where women feel seen, supported, safe, and encouraged to show up fully as themselves.
Whether she is speaking on stage, leading conversations around mental health and self-worth, or simply connecting with women in the room, her heart is always the same: helping people let go of what’s been weighing them down so they can move forward with freedom, confidence, and peace.
Through storytelling, practical insight, and genuine connection, Dr. CC brings conversations around mental health, self-care, emotional wellness, identity, and personal growth to life in ways that feel real, relatable, and empowering. She believes healing and freedom are possible, and she is passionate about helping women experience both sooner rather than later.
Above all, Dr. CC is a woman of faith who deeply values people, community, and purpose. She is an ambassador for Christ, a mental health professional, speaker, sister, aunt, friend, and wife who believes that every woman deserves the opportunity to become free, whole, and fully herself.
