The Black Women Self-Care Group
You deserve to be happy, healthy, and whole.

This group was born out of prayer, purpose, and the powerful energy of women doing the inner work. After hosting a transformative self-care workshop, God placed it on my heart to create something more—an ongoing space for growth, reflection, and restoration.
